The Doodle?
I am going to guess that Hayden had to be removed first but not because he was bored/done with riding in the car but because he was being bitten by his little brother who was trying to steal his stearing wheel.

It doesn't matter. The real mystery is how Melissa managed to bring her camera along to the grocery store and snap photos while wrangling toddlers in a shopping cart. Well Done!
