Hayden and Donovan went to the doctor today for their 9 month appointment. Hayden was 19 lbs 2 ozs (bottom 25th percentile) and Donovan was 20 lbs 3 ozs (top or bottom 50th percentile - your choice). Hayden was 28.5 inches tall (top or bottom 50th percentile) and Donovan was 27.75 inches tall (bottom 25th percentile)!
At one point during their visit, the nurses attacked the boys and stabbed each boy in the finger and drew blood. We can only determine that the nurses stole the boys' blood to determine what in their DNA kicks so much butt!
We have had a lot of fun developments with the boys over the last week. Hayden and Donovan both started clapping. Usually it is for no reason, but they seem to like to clap. We also lowered their cribs to the deepest setting to keep Tubby from jumping out. Hayden was sitting in his crib looking at me when I went in to check on them around 9:30 p.m. tonight. Not cool. Donovan is pretty content in his crib and is still a good sleeper. We also moved the boys out of their car seats and they are now using their convertible seats. We are selling the car seats if anyone wants them along with the double Snap n Go. $125.00 Firm.
Also, Hayden and Donovan would like to thank Grandma Sue and Grandpa Dan for letting them use the Trailblazer this week. We hope you did well enough in Vegas to find a ride home on Sunday!

Updates
Hayden is crawling, really crawling.
Donovan is pinching, really hard.
Kyle is sick, really sick.
Melissa is getting sick, hopefully not really sick.
The Grand Dad is visiting. He put up the gates to keep Mr. Hayden contained. He also bought Melissa a cheesecake from Simma's. It was really good. Thanks Grand Dad.

Pampers
We very much enjoy the always high-quality Pampers diapers. The Pampers Baby Dry and the Pampers Cruisers both tested very well and consistently performed to our demanding standards. Aside from normal diaper use, they also do an excellent job of wiping up spills, buffing, and serve as extra cushioning for that hard chair. We only had one tab break off of one of the diapers. Otherwise, they handled all of the diaper messes except for one side-explosion S5 by Donovan which no diaper could have stopped. Surprisingly, the onesie was not touched by said S5, but the pants were a different story. Otherwise, for a daytime or nighttime diaper, both Pampers Baby Dry and Pampers Cruisers were outstanding and we continue to recommend them when purchased with as many coupons as possible. The wipes were unremarkable, but much better than the Target brand wipes which you may as well just use your . . . .
Activity
The boy have been up to a lot lately! Donovan has started biting using his two lower teeth. Hayden is still a little gummie bear. But Hayden is crawling all over the family room with no discernable pattern to his crawling. He just manages to get from point A to points B-P but in no particular order. He also gets his legs caught underneath the couch and the television and then cries. The boys are also mowing down Cheerios and anything else we feed them. The boys watched back episodes of Lost this weekend as well as Knocked Up. They liked all of it.

Waterpark!
Superbowl Pick
The boys have been really pissed off all morning for some reason. I can only assume it is because the Pack is not playing tonight in the big game. That said, here is their pick:
New England Cheaters 28, New York Giants 20.
